Directions to Pacific Vascular – Seattle – Cherry Hill:

• From I-5 north take the James St. Exit, proceed east (up hill).
• Cross Broadway and continue east. Take a right on 16th Ave.
• The Jefferson Tower is on the southwest corner of the hospital campus at 16th and Jefferson.
• From the parking garage (across the street from the ER) on 16th Ave, take the sky bridge from garage to the hospital.
• Once in the hospital, take a right at the information desk.
• Go into Jefferson Tower by crossing another sky bridge.
• Pacific Vascular – Seattle – Cherry Hill is on the 2nd floor, suite 201.
