Coming from North on WA-167 S

• Take ramp right for 15th St NW toward Auburn Way
• Turn left onto 15th St NW
• Turn right onto C St NW
• Turn left onto 3rd St NW
• Turn right onto N Division St
• Pacific Vascular – Auburn is located at One Main St Professional Plaza, Suite 120, in a red brick building on the corner of N Division St and E Main St, in the same building as Key Bank and MultiCare Women’s Center and across the street from City Hall.
• Park in the lot behind One Main St Professional Plaza building in the Key Bank garage. The entrance to this garage is on the north side of the building. There are 6 covered spots where you can park (do not park in bank parking). We now have our own marked parking spot behind the bank ATM and across from the new 7-Eleven. There is also 2 and 3 hour street parking available on Division, Main, and 1^st St

• Take ramp right for WA-18 East toward Auburn
• Take ramp right and follow signs for C St SW
• Turn left onto C St SW
• Turn right onto W Main St (76 gas station on the corner)
• Turn left onto N Division St
