Directions to Pacific Vascular – Seattle – First Hill:

From I-5 north or south, take the James St exit. Proceed east (uphill).

• Take a left on to Boren Ave South.
• Take a right on to Madison Ave.
• The Nordstrom Medical Tower is on the right. Parking is available in the lower level of the building.
• Once in the Nordstrom Tower, take the main elevators to the 8th floor.
• Pacific Vascular – Seattle – First Hill is directly to your right as you exit the elevator.

Pay-By-Plate Parking Technology Instructions:

***Pay-by-plate is the only method for parking at the Nordstrom Tower Garage. Prior to your next appointment, follow these steps to register in the system. Do not wait until you arrive at the parking garage, as internet service is not available.

***If you forget to set up your account prior to entering the garage, please complete the steps to register from the building lobby or pay by credit card upon exit at the Madison St. side exit – CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED.

1. From your computer, cell phone or any internet connection, click on this link to register: https://app.metropolis.io/sign-in
2. Please be mindful of internet phishing ads and sites. Do not follow any pop ups or prompts that take you to a website other than metropolis. It is not necessary to download an app onto your cell phone.
3. Registration is a one-time setup and can be completed in advance of leaving home for your appointment.
4. Add your license plate number and credit card information for contactless payment.
5. At the end of your parking session, just drive out.
