Registered Vascular Technologist

Pacific Vascular, Inc. is currently accepting applications for full time or part time Registered Vascular Technologists for their Seattle area and Sequim area locations.

Experience in cerebrovascular, peripheral venous, peripheral arterial and abdominal duplex evaluations is required.  Experience in transcranial Doppler examinations is a plus. Must drive own vehicle, be flexible with schedules and able to participate in on-call/afterhours rotation.

Patient Care Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented person with good interpersonal and customer service skills that will be responsible for assisting/directing patients with questions and inquiries for our Seattle location.

Duties include: general front office duties, scheduling and checking in patients, general handling of patient medical records, answering phones and transferring calls, and providing administrative support to technical staff. You may also be required to perform duties and responsibilities not listed in this description on a temporary or long-term basis.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical office experience/training preferred
• Must speak English, bilingual a plus
• Ability to effectively interact with physicians, patients and other staff members
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Demonstrates knowledge of proper, safe, efficient usage of current office equipment/software

40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, 9 am-5:30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
